3. Navigate to: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
4. If you want, you can make backup copy original file: vacca.yft, vacca.ytd, vacca_hi.yft, vacca+hi.ytd
5. Replace: vacca.yft, vacca.ytd, vacca_hi.yft, vacca+hi.ytd
