The legalizator mod is a skin for the vehicle The Liberator to install this mod you have to do is go to OpenIV and go to this location: x64w.rpf dlcpacks mpindependence dlc.rpf x64 levels GTA5 vehicles mpindependencevehicles.rpf

Inside there replace the files " monster.ytd " and "monster + hi.ytd "
