Installation:

1: Extract the "Vehicle" folder

2: Using OpenIV with Edit Mode enabled, add its contents to "E:SteamLibrarysteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpackspatchday19ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf"
