Go to: GTAVmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata


Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:


dlcpacks:cruisersj

Go to: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacks


and make a folder called cruisersj

add the included dlc.rpf file


SPAWN: cruisersj
