Installation:
1. Open The WinRAR Archive And open Models Folder
2. Open "OpenIV" And Click On Grand Theft Auto 5
3. Go To This Path:
D:GamesGrand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpackspatchday20ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
4. Drag The police4 Files There And You Are Done

ELS Installation:
1. Go To Your GTA 5 Directory
2. Find Your ELS Folder
3. Open The ELS Folder Then Open pack_default
4. Drag The Police4.xml into pack_default
