Mitsubishi Evolution 3 v1.01 (ADD ON)

Update v1.01:
Edited handling line to stop vehicle from rolling over when cornering and slightly higher top speed.

PLEASE NOTE:
I take no credit for this mod, possible author HachiQ4 credit to them, all i have done is convert a "replace" mod to an "add on" for people to enjoy. there are issues please do not ask me to fix as that stuff is beyond me. maybe someone with the time can improve it and improve the handling line.
