Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:stinger
Go to: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
and make a folder called stinger
add the included dlc.rpf file
SPAWN: stinger
replace Installation:
Modsupdatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
Model by: Squir Kia Stinger GT 2018.
