*maybe headlight rotation is not correct

Installation:

Go to: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml

Open dlclist.xml add the following line:
dlcpacks:/transgta/
Save the file and replace it

Go to: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
drag a "transgta" folder

Use a trainer to spawn the car ingame
The car's name is: transgta
