Top Gear Police Department (TGPD) Livery for Scarab

Inspired by the TGPD livery on the Top Gear Police Department Tank of Righteousness

The TGPD slogans are on backwards on the left side of the Scarab

1: Extract "scarab_liv1.yft"

2: Using OpenIV with Edit Mode enabled, add it to "C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacksmpchristmas2018dlc.rpfx64levelsmpchristmas2018vehiclemodsscarab_mods.rpf"
