1- by using open iv go to
Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondata
and edit dlclist.xml then add this line
dlcpacks:lamboo

2-put lamboo folder in Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacks

to get vehicle in game use any trainer (example simple trainer) and search by write lamboo.
