INSTALLATION:


For Add-on

1. Drag "mteche39" folder into updatex64dlcpacks.

2. Open updateupdate.rpf in OpenIV. Navigate to the folder Common/data. Inside this folder, open 'dlclist.xml' edit this file with a text editor (or OpenIV) and add the line "dlcpacks:mteche39" without quotation marks.

3. Spawn in game via trainer/menu with name "mteche39"


For Replacer:

1. Using OpenIV, Open x64e.rpflevelsgta5vehicles.rpf and replace the 3 premier files in the vehicles.rpf with the premier files included in this mod.
