(1) Copy update folder to
X:Grand Theft Auto V

(2)Use OpenIV extract
X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line.

dlcpacks:evo8

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
