peelplane is a little jet.

You can install the mod automatically or manually.

Automatic install

With Open IV in edit mode, Drag an drop the file "peelplane install.oiv" over Open IV to install the oiv automatically in your mods folder.

Manual install

1-copy the folder "peelplane" placed into the folder "manual install" ,in your dlcpacks game folder:

x:GTA Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks

2-With Open IV in edit mode, go to:
x:GTA Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml

and add to you dlclist.xml file the next line:

dlcpacks:/peelplane/
