Glock 17 with Flashlight mod by Kerplunk
This weapon really was originally made for GTA San Andreas, what I did was to port it to GTA 4 as I like this version of the weapon better than others that are already in GTA 4.
I got it from a random mods blog, so I don't know the original author of the mod, but the respective credits go to its original author.
To install simply drag the files from the RAR file into the “weapons.img” file located at /pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img using OpenIV or SparkIV.
