EFLC weapons to IV

yea, unfortunately...
there is no way to "add" weapons to gta iv...
but you can add weapons to eflc, hope this will help you, at least a bit:

i have read your "readme" and there it says "you'll need: sparkiv..." so what i have to do with sparkiv when i downloaded it?

die weapons.img wird mit sparkIV geöffnet
