GTA IV - Silenced Pistol Mod

This mod allows you to play with the silencer that was provided in the Beta version I reused the unused sounds of the silencer that are in the GTA IV PC game file.
I renamed the source files "w_silenced" to "w_eagle" so that the police do not carry around with silent pistols questions realism!
As an option I left the source files for people who want to do modding with this mod.
