This is the combat shotgun from L4D2 which I converted to GTA IV 10 years ago, the mod might not be of the best quality but I uploaded it for preservation.

@Lenol03Unfortunately I don't remember how to make mods for GTA games anymore as this mod was made by me almost 10 years ago and I uploaded it for preservation, but anyone who knows how to do this can try to fix it.
