It would be more useful to teach the new people to install and manage mods and/or official patches properly rather than using a tool that has been detected by the virus scan of this site.

Don't delete it. Your tool is very useful, RSC or RGS and RGSC are almost impossible to be bypassed due to GTA IV PC Version big dependency on it. So buddy, keep the tool up!

Hey if ya'll have nothing good to say then its best to keep your mouth shut. This is a great mod and all mods promote the community. And also, don't go telling the author to delete their mods because they're not yours ;)
