Small Alice Patch

Hi folks!

This small "patch" makes it possible: Run Alice v0.9 (LUA) with GTA IV v1.0.7.0 !

All necessary files are included:
- Alice v0.9 (LUA) (c) by the one and only Alexander Blade!

- XLiveLess (c) by Listener!
- GTAIV.exe v1.0.0.4 (c) by Rockstar!
