GTA IV HandlingChanger

This mod alow you to modify easily your handling.dat, carcols.dat and vehicle.ide files.

The software is in french (some translations at the end of the description)

How to use:
1) Execute HanglingChanger.exe wich is located in the "Programme" folder
2) If you want to modify the handling of a car just copy the line in the "Handling.dat" and
click on "Changer le Handling.dat"
3) You can do the same thing with the "carcols.dat" and "vehicle.ide" files if you need to.
4) A backup of the files is made in the folder :
C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondataHandlingChanger

"Changer le handling.dat" = change handling.dat
"Changer le carcols.dat" = change carcols.dat
"Changer le vehicle.ide" = change vehicle.ide
