TO INSTALL:
- Run OpenIV > EFLC > TLAD > pc > models > cdimages > playerped.rpf
- (if using DLC episodes) Run OpenIV > GTAIV > DLC > TLAD > content > pc > models > cdimages > playerped.rpf
- Drag and drop contents into playerped.rpf
