A new skin for Luis (TBOGT)
New Look Luis v1 by CORE.MAX2010
1 - Using SparkIV edit the following file.
c: \ Program Files \ Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto IV \ Episodes From Liberty City \ TBoGT \ pc \ models \ cdimage \ playerped.rpf
2 - Import the files I've supplied (replace them)
3 – Save and rebuild
Ready for fun
Remember to backup your original files
To publish or modify this mod just let me know and say COREMAX2010 made the first version
