All the other clothes can still be used
The hat can't be removed though.

INSTALL:
Copy the file from the 'Watch_Dogs Niko' folder in the following path
Rockstar Games-Grand Theft Auto IV-pc-models-cdimages
replace the file 'playerped.rpf'
All files in download:
Watch_Dogs Niko - playerped.rpf
Original Niko - playerpedNIKO.rpf
README.txt
