Description
All NOOSE units will wear balaclava, And they will walk normally. (No more crouching!)
Also, they will not wear gas mask anymore.
Installation:
1. Use SparkIV or OpenIV and open pc/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img
2. Replace files from componentpeds folder
3. Use SparkIV or OpenIV and open pc/models/cdimages/pedprops.img
4. Replace files from pedprops folder
5. Open common/data
6. Replace Peds.ide from data folder
7. Enjoy!
(Make sure backup your files!)
