Billy William Grey as a youngling has to be the best thing ever especially if you wanna use him for Rockstar Movies
He's fitted with his TLAD cut with a different variation of The Coloured TLMC Patch and now sports Camo Patch and Timberland Boots

How to Install!
1. Download OpenIV
2. Open the App OpenIV and select GTA 4 or Episodes from Liberty City
3. Go to DLC - TLAD - Content - pc - models - cdimages - componentpeds.img
4. replace the files with the original Billy Grey Files
