Niko's Buzzcut (Artwork Hair)

Simply just restores the unused buzz cut found in the game files, otherwise known as the hairstyle that Niko sports in the game's artworks. With some upscaling, tweaking, and UV manipulation, this came out looking a whole lot better than the version I had spat out originally that utilized texture liquifying over anything to do with UVs. Special thanks to Pingwinek123 for inspiring me to do this with their own attempt on the GTA IV Modding Discord server!

To install the mod; all you need to is open your playerped.rpf file in the following directory, "...\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages," and copy/paste the provided files into there. You can do that via the help of OpenIV or SparkIV. Use a trainer or a mod that overhauls the wardrobe function like Zolika's Wardrobe or Liberty Tweaks in order to swap over to the buzzcut.
