Open Suits & The Turtlenecks for IV

Well-known open suits from Xbox are now finally here for PC too! As most of you know, Rockstar, for some unknown reasons, decided to change that style and stick more to the buttoned-up look. However, I decided to correct that too. Now Niko will no longer be able to walk through Liberty City dressed up like how he did before. But already the way how it suits and fits - unbuttoned. As his best friend Brucie would say, “That's how we roll baby. Yeah!”
