Summer '08 - Shirtless Niko Bellic & Swimwear

Liberty City is in for a sweltering Summer, and our favorite Balkan is ready to take a dip in the city's questionable public pools.

It's been a long time coming. Shirtless Niko has been in development since Summer of 2022 and I'm finally able to release him to the public. Mesh normals make it so he isn't as seamless as I would want to be, but seamless enough.

This replaces Niko's head drawable (no mesh changes, only embedded textures!) and its standard texture, and his first hand drawable. Backup your current ones, or add them as new drawables.
