Another simple little mod I did that adds a shirt to Niko Bellic that resembles Tommy Vercetti's Shirt, OpenIV is all that is needed to install. and I am awear that the possibly of this already being done.

This is the first player skin/shirt mod I try to install and I have no idea where to put it. Could you help me, please? (I'm using other mods and OpenIV, just to confirm I'm not a noob :D )
