Just Extract the File and Press Documents (Make sure you have file explorer with the folder icon)and click rockstar games>GTA IV>save Games and extract them there

And don't forget to have fun shooting those poor idiots

If These don't exist
Start the game and select start new game and after that do the stuff you suppose to do and exit the game
