RISE FM (LCS) for GTA IV

The proper logo is a nice touch!

doesn't seem to work for TLAD/TBOGT in Complete Edition

why couldn't you do that yourself?

@MaveriX Because if other radio mods are installed, then those would have conflicts with the game itself. I'm pretty sure that nobody would like to hear loud screetching noises instead of music, when they select those custom stations. So yeah, manually editing the file is necessary.

Also this is for the base GTA IV game, not for the EFLC games.
