You can spawn 12 Objects.
Press F12 to open/close Building Mod IV
Press And Hold Left Mouse button + Ctrl To Rotate object
Press And Hold Left Mouse button + Shift to Move UP And DOWN object
Press And Hold Left Mouse button to move object basicly way.
Press W,S,A,D to move camera
Installing:
-Download & Install Asi Loader
-Copy BuildingModIV.asi file to Gta IV main folder
-Play The game.
