TLAD Beta Rifle Walkstyle

A re-creation of the Beta Rifle Walkstyle which is seen multiple screenshots and trailers for The Lost and Damned, with the rifle being carried on the shoulder. This affects the submachine guns, shotguns, grenade launcher, and snipers.

--Bugs--
. Some Peds Arms Break with this animation.
. (Some) Animations are/maybe slightly choppy, I've tried to fix the majority of them.
. The Pinkie/little finger may randomly re-adjust when shifting between animations, just don't look at them i guess. (I had to painstakenly manually re-adjust them for ever animation so they are all different from each other).
. Some Weapons may clip/be inside the hand and arm, this is a problem with the original animation and not the mod, probably one of the reasons it got cut.
