Mod to restore Pause menu of gta tbogt in version 1.2.0.43

For anyone who wants to install this, go to openIV. then open your gta 4 in OpenIV. after that go to TBOGT Folder then Pc/audio/sfx and put the sfx files into there. then back out and go to /pc/audio/config (its in the same folder as sfx) drag all of mod's config files, into the games config folder. (-Edit- I believe sfx has another folder inside of it, put the files in there as well just to be safe!)

I'm trying to use Open IV to put the Sfx files into EP2_SFX.rpf
but Open IV doesn't even recognize the EP2_SFX.rpf file when I look for it & it tells me there is no EFCL.exe file after I select the folder.
What can I do? Sorry I'm completely new to all this. Just miss this song playing in pause.
