Description
Adjusted and reworked GTA 4's time cycle.
-Reduced excessive bloom
-added darkness to the nights
-days are now brighter
-shadows are no longer dark as night
-adjusted reflections
-moon and stars are now visible on the clear sky
-adjusted colors staying with vanilla styling
and many more small things
Changelog:
1.05 Reduces direct light brightness on sunny weather at 6pm as it didn't match the sky luminosity.
