Description

This mod will maximize the number of pedestrian and vehicles in all district. The number of cops and cop cars remain unchange. Replace the popcycle.dat in common\data\ with the one in the archive.

Great mod. This makes the city feel much more alive, and like the real New York City. It's great to download this instead of taking all the time to edit the popcycle manually.

It's good man

But for this you need to run GTA IV on RECOMMENDED!

Because this slowing down your game if you have shity PC :O
