Description
There are several road mods available for GTA IV but none of them are lore friendly, they look too clean for a place like liberty city. This mod replaces most of the road textures with higher resolution textures made from scratch. These new textures Make the roads look way more detailed and realistic while being similar enough to the original ones.

Hello everyone, I just logged in to my account after 2 years and am really happy to see the attention this mod got. I had promised an update to cover all roads around liberty city but unfortunately due to real life getting in the way, I won't be able to compelete it. If anyone from the community wants to use these textures and cover the entire city feel free to do so!
