It's work with DXVK, running smoothly, and I don't have any experience of interior light flicking.
However...
Can you add an Optimus option because I tried to get the mod to work with Disable Full-screen Optimization just gives an "application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000005" error.
The only ENB mod I know that support that is Excellent ENB by AP84 and I love to see more ENB mods just to be compatible with Disable Full-screen Optimization. Also, I love like to see Laptops to take that advantage of the feature.
