Description
This is an edited version of iCEnhancer 3.0 by me. Its main goal is to improve GTAIV's visuals.
It only supports version 1.0.7 and later(best with the Complete Edition).
Actually, I don't know if it works well on version 1.0.7 or 1.0.8, so just let me know if it does.
I never tested EFLC.
What differences do it have between this version and default ICE3.0?
-Added Color Aberration effects and turned on rays effects
-Improved Timecycle for every weather
-Enhanced blue sky in 3 sunny weather
-Improved all-day sun and sky colors, ambient colors and direct lighting colors for 3 sunny weather
-Improved Ambient Occlusion settings for better image depth
-Improved clouds
-Fixed cloud flicker issue
-Fix reflection issue in rainy weather

-3个晴天的蓝天全部加强
-改进了3个晴天全时段的太阳、天空色彩，全局颜色及太阳光照颜色
-改进了环境光遮蔽效果，以加强画面的层次感
-改进的云
-修复了云的闪烁问题
-修复了雨天的反射问题

and it's around 11.8 gb, with a mod that size does the game work properly without any missing texture, especially when playing mission? because sometimes the game can't handle it and the game have loading texture problem.

But we use "Baidu net disk", so download abroad may need its client, may also be serious speed limit.
I don't know if Google Translate can translate Chinese accurately, if you don't understand the text or want to download another web disk, just let me know.
