This mod simply adds a ladder to the outside of Playboy X's penthouse, making the roof accessible to the player.

So simple, and yet, so useful. Thanks for this.
Now if we can only get another simple mod to add the helipad texture on the roof.
Or at the very least, landing pad lights so we can see it at night on the approach.
(I once landed in pitch darkness and almost put the right skid too far over the edge.
That would've been bad.
