And here's the 3.0 Release,... theres nothing much to say, i just overworked stuff here and there and i think it looks Great. Take a look by yourself!
If you have the Passion rate,.. give me feedback.
to avoid problems make sure your GTAIV Directory is "relatively" clean - Just Delete old ENB'S.. there are no Problems with Mods. I've also had a Error without reason and restart the Game and it works so if you have an error first restart GTAIV,.. sometimes it also helps to reinstall DirectX or the other GTAIV redist Stuff like net.framework, vc.redist etc...
If youre not happy with the 3.0 Release, try v 2.5,.. most popular release at the time

Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
Processor: Intel Core i5 3570 4x 3.40GHz
Graphics: 2048MB ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750
harddrive: 1000GB Seagate Desktop
power: 530 Watt be quiet!
RAM: 4GB G.Skill NQ Series DDR3-1600
I think this are good MinimumSpecs. I can run it with nearly no lags.. even if your PC is worseyou could run it with a bit lags here and there..
