EMERGENCY NEWS: Zombie Outbreak TV MOD

Hi! As a big fan of GTA IV zombie scripts/mods, there was always one thing lacking.. News reports about the zombie outbreak on the TV in my safehouse! The purpose of this simple mod is to accommodate the various zombie script mods out there for an added dose of realism.
