'L3EVO+' Modified ENB Settings by KBL1974

Here is my modified version of L3EVO (by lpf312 & gp65cj042), incorporating components from iCEnhancer 1.25 (by iCE La Glace), and tweaked and modified by me.

I hope you enjoy my config.

Copy and paste contents over fresh instance/install of GTAIV 1.0.4.0 (tested with GTAIV 1.0.4.0 only)

great one! looks fantastic ingame. but i have the problem that the effects ain't always there. When I start the game they appear always just after a while and sometimes they stop again and come back after a while

Balti I've not heard of this happening and have had no experience with it. Are you using it with version 1.0.4.0? If so, I suggest hitting iCEnhancer facebook boards and put it out there. Sorry mate.

Balti, the Complete Pack ships with GTA IV v1.0.7.0/1.0.0.7 (the version number is different depending on where you're from, but they're the same thing) and EFLC v1.1.2.0. That's probably why you're having issues. I'll give it a download and report back if I see anything wrong (I'm running GTA IV 1.0.7.0).

This messed up my gta so bad, yes it looks better, but the HUD flickers and the game gets choppy when ever i move the mouse to look around or a car starts driving.
