Import Bloodfx to GTA IV/ common / decision / effects and click SAVE

Import fxprojtex.wtd and peddamage.wtd to GTA IV / common / models / textures and click SAVE

can you please remove or at least decrease the blood quantity when player falls down from a high place? a fall can break bones, but i dont think there would be much blood. Ain't right? and fluid time is too long. it's really cool, but it takes too much time to hit wall or something else. please fix them
