Description
Grand Theft Auto IV & EFLC Beta this is modification that restores some of the cut and changed content during the development of the game.
This mod was tested only on the 1.0.7.0 patch, but it may work on the 1.0.8.0 as well.
At the moment, this is only the first version of the mod.
Special thanks:
Kalvin - for restoring beta "The Journey" radio logo.
Lukakion - for restoring beta Niko's face, jacket, hair color.
theNGclan - for restoring beta Badger phone.
The rest of the information is in the archive itself.

Can I add more beta content? More beta vehicles include removed vehicles, (Fenton, coach, beta burrito is the wreckage van in the game, elegant, NOOSE Boxville, ferry, fighter, Andromada, etc.), beta UI, beta weapons, beta characters, beta quests, beta quality, beta clothes, beta hairstyles, beta areas including wild suburbs, and more.

Yes, this is downgrade, and I know it, but this is a beta mod, and not all things in it are perfect.
You are not interested in the mod, but you are interested in being indignant about something in it?

@Attramet You do not understand, I'm not talking about the "white walls" of the tire, but about the completely white tires. Without textures at all.
Hmm, I double-checked the photos. These are not white, not completely white tires, these tires are just shiny like a cat's eggs. Like metal. Because what? Because this is a beta version, it is an unfinished version. Why downgrade?

I only downloaded this to read what you changed.
The city changes didn't interest me much, I settled on the vehicles list.
The fact that somewhere some badges are missing is a flaw on the part of the developer. Some cars in the game do not have license plates. The photo from Stevie Coquette doesn't have it either. But that doesn't mean it's right.
As I said earlier - I do not belittle your work, I just do not understand it. Why cut content?

@DeshRU "Some of them have white tires" The only car with such wheels there is Manana, in the earlier screenshots, it did not have such wheels, and I could not remove them. Actually, it's funny that you mentioned Stevie, because some of the vehicles there don't have badges, which I removed.

Yes, I returned such wheels for Esperanto, Virgo, Marbella. What is the problem exactly?

Usually, such mods return to games something that was cut from the release version, rather than removing it at all.
So I don't understand why you did it.
