Description
English: I present to you my first full-fledged overhaul euphoria in GTA 4! I will not write much here, the archive contains "README.TXT" there are all the changes and so on. also carefully read the installation guide in the same file so as not to break the game.
Rus: Представляю Вам свой первый полноценный капитальный ремонт эйфории в GTA 4! Здесь много писать не буду, в архиве есть "README.TXT" там все изменения и так далее. также внимательно прочтите руководство по установке в том же файле, чтобы не сломать игру.

@RusGamePlayer1992 Спасибо за комментарий,изменения затронули ВСЕ реакции движка Euphoria* в игре,например сбивание людей автомобилем,падения с высоты,реакции на попадание пули в тела педов и т.д. Чтобы сравнить физику тел можешь посмотреть нарезки на ютубе где показана оригинальная физика четвёрки,а после протестируй мод и сравни,будет видно что они изменены) Скоро обновление кстати,возможно сегодня. Удачи

@super_nigga9899 Thanks, it just takes time and understanding of the values of the strings, I spent about 3 months trying to bring this to perfection, at first I also just edited the values at random, but later with the help of a translator (I Russian, know English,but not as well as I would like ) I understood what they meanlines, began to seriously tweak the file, and when finally it was ready, I decided to upload it here

@XRATED Do you mean "README.txt" file? No, no, it is not needed for the mod to work, there is just information on installation, etc. ..if you are talking about "Taskparams.txt" then this file must be replaced along the path: Your GTA 4 folder / pc / data / game.rpf You must open the last file with the .rpf extension using the OPENIV program and put the modified file "Taskparams.txt" there. I'll take this into account, in the next update, the exit from the transport will be more rigid than now. but in my opinion it would look like this in real life. try to shoot for one bullet, when you kill the ped, he will not immediately fall, but if you shoot at him when he is already killed and on his feet, he relaxesand it fall, I would like to fix it but I don't know how. sorry for bad English,I'm russian.
