This Version Of the Whiz Phone appears In the Cutscenes and was supposedly In the Beta (It didn't appear in any of the trailers as only the Beta Badger one Did) I am making a Beta Version of the Badger Phone and Michael's/The GTA Online iFruit 9iX.
I recommend to backup the files that are replaced.
