Rom taxi will spawn naturally without removing another taxi.

In cargrp.dat i modified this line:
cabby, taxi, taxi2, taxi3, taxi4, rom, #POPCYCLE_GROUP_TAXI

In carcols.dat file:
89,1,1, 89,89,1, 89,3,1, 0,0,1, 1,1,1, 2,2,1, 3,3,1, 4,4,1, 5,5,1, 6,6,1, 7,7,1, 8,8,1, 9,9,1, 10,10,1, 11,11,1, 12,12,1, 13,13,1, 14,14,1, 15,15,1, 16,16,1, 17,17,1,
for all taxi, cabby and rom

Now, all of them spawn naturally in lc with a fade of grey and yellow colors !
