is this the version of gtahq or a new in the version of gtahq.net the game crashes if some one shoot in a window is this fixxet but awesome model

GTA4 is nice game. But this thing should be also in Vice city. More vehicles for Vice city!

When stealing a locked one, Niko do the crush window animation, but no windows break, and no breaking sound. He still unlocks it and enter. Fix please! I also request Police heli skin and tour skin.
