Description
This mod will replace the default GTA IV license plate with a plate that's based on new NY license plates (2011 - Present) or the one that is based on older NY license plates (1986 - 2000).
UPDATE NOTES
/// New Liberty City License Plates 3.1 ///
+ Added spec maps for plates (I just discovered it while browsing the files lol)
+ Fixed the rendering issue which caused some cars' engine parts looking like a rainbow from distance.
+ Reduced the resolution in order to fix the rendering bug (it's not really noticable but if you still prefer the older one, I included it in the files).

+ A new plate based on 1986 - 2000 New York license plates has been added.

+ "Lore-friendly" plate added after Hullian111's suggestion. This new plate has "WORST PLACE IN AMERICA" slogan instead of "EMPIRE STATE".

I like it, I really do, but I'd say remove the 'EMPIRE STATE' text from the bottom. It doesn't really fit in with the Liberty State thing, it being the real-world tagline of New York State. But if you don't want to get rid of it, I'd say replace it with 'WORST PLACE IN AMERICA'.
But anyway, this is a mod I've been waiting for, for a long long time.
